At 840 sq ft, this is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest home with a state-of-the-art kitchen including a custom-made walnut dining table, king bed, full closet, large walk-in shower, washer/dryer, fire pit, large deck featuring a natural gas BBQ grill, private Arctic Spa saltwater hot tub and beautiful unobstructed views of Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit and the Kenai Mountains including Grewingk Glacier!
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the Otter's Den will be your home away from home. Close to town and paved walking paths and within walking distance to Bear Creek Winery, guests will love the location and awesome view!

PROPERTY NOTES:
There is no maid service. We ask that guests DO NOT wash our linens. Contact us the day before and we can supply you with new linens and/or towels.
There is a 2 night minimum in the summer but can be booked for 1 night in the off season.
*This unit does allow pets, with a max of 2. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
