Cooking with a view: Our thoughtful, modern kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious, fresh-caught Alaskan halibut while gazing out over the bluff at the sun gleaming over Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains.
New, stainless steel appliances provide every modern convenience, and hand-poured concrete countertops bring an authentic, handcrafted Alaskan style.
When the sunshine beckons, follow the call outside to your private porch and gas BBQ. Enjoy the very large, grassy lawn shared with Birch.
Rekindle connections with friends and family at the large, bluffside fire pit, shared with Birch, which is set down the hill from the unit to ensure privacy between those enjoying a cliffside fire and those relaxing back at home. The walk back up the hill from the fire pit isn’t for the faint of heart :). You’ll never enjoy a fire in a more stunning setting.
RENTAL OPTIONS
There are 2 ways to rent this home. You can rent it as a 1-bedroom / 1-bath home, or a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home. Be sure to choose the correct listing. If you’re traveling solo, or a couple, and you only need one bedroom, save some money by choosing the 1 BD/1 BA option. You’ll still be the only guests in the home! We’ll simply lock the second bedroom and bathroom and you save on the cost of your stay. If you have 3-4 people and want both bedrooms, choose the 2 BD/2BA option.

There is no daily maid service but that can be arranged ahead of time, for an additional fee. We ask that guests DO NOT wash our linens. Contact us the day before and we can supply you with new linens and/or towels.
