Located at Stream Hill Park Division, near the popular, charming, hiking trail, Ray Clapp Trail. The trail, named after a respected and loved local dirt contractor, winds through the birch and cottonwood trees and up to a field where the view is magnificent! The home is surrounded by Green Space and wildlife sightings are very common!

PROPERTY NOTES:
There is no maid service. There is a 2 night minimum, year round. We ask that guests DO NOT wash our linens. Contact us the day before and we can supply you with new linens and/or towels.
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage, a locked bedroom and cleaning supply closet.

2 person, 72" long soaking tub located on the lower deck. Must be filled prior to using and emptied after use. Can be used year round!
