This cute and cozy tiny home is the perfect place to get away, for 1 to 2 people. Relax in your own private hot tub or make your way through the lawn to a very large, shared, fire pit! Spruce has a full kitchen, full bathroom and a queen bed, located in a loft that is accessible by a ship ladder.
A few notes about Spruce: There are no children allowed. The only access to the queen bed is by climbing a ship ladder, as shown in the photos.
Prior to us purchasing the property, Spruce was a "well house" for what is now Canyon Cottage. We remodeled the well house to be employee housing and now it's been converted into a charming, quaint cabin. We've added privacy fencing to ensure your privacy while hanging out on your deck or heading to or from your private hot tub. It is located about 80 feet from the Sterling Hwy so don't be surprised if you hear road noise, but the private hot tub and charming cabin should more than make up for that!
